Yes, the C59-170 coil springs are designed specifically for the Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series (1990–1997) with a solid front axle.
Approximately 3" under 110–220 lbs (50–100 kg) of constant front-end accessory weight. Without that weight, you may get more lift and a stiffer ride.
