RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on goods purchased from www.1stgenoffroad.com within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new, unopened and uninstalled. Items must be packaged in original packaging and arrive in new, resalable condition.
Exception: Certain custom orders such as mounted and balanced tires and wheels may not be returned.
Customer will be refunded the cost of the item minus any discounts received at the time of purchase. Please note that items in kits are sold at a reduced cost/item. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.
We can not stop an item in transit. If you know you need to cancel an item please contact us immediately. We will do our best to stop the item before it ships. Once an item ships, it is the customer's responsibility to return the item.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and will be refunded full amount of the purchased item at time of inspection minus discounts and 15% restocking fee.
