Always Free shipping to anywhere in the continental United States.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will incur standard USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping charges based on weight and dimensions. Please contact us at 737-932-0532 and we will work up a quote.
Shipping Times:
Every effort is made to get you the items you order as fast as possible. We are located just outside Austin, Texas and keep some items in our warehouse. We also contract with warehouses and manufacturers across the United States to get you the product you order as fast as possible. Items will ship from the closest warehouse to the delivery address that has available product. Some orders may come in split shipments. Most items ship 2-3 days in transit from time of order. Some specialty items may incur a longer lead time due to being made on demand. We will send items expedited shipping for a fee. Give us a call and we will work up a quote.
Shipping Carriers include FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Larger items are shipped freight. Some must be received at a commercial location.
We assume no liability for missing packages. Once tracking shows an item is delivered it is the customer's responsibility to take possession of the item. We will not issue refunds for missing packages. We will not resend items that are delivered, but the customer fails to take possession of.
